Gold Bill Calculator ("the app") is developed and maintained by sangsen ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Your use of the app is also subject to our Terms of Service .
Information We Collect
We do not directly collect your calculator data. The app requires no account, no sign-up, and no login.
All calculator inputs, including weight, gold rate, making charges, other charges, discounts, tax, and old-gold exchange details, are stored only on your device.
If you use Estimate History to save an estimate, the estimate's figures and the name you give it (which you may choose to base on a customer's name) are also stored only on your device. You can delete individual saved estimates from Estimate History, or remove all of them by clearing the app's data.
If you use the Share feature to share an estimate, the app generates an image of the estimate on your device. The app hands the generated image to the device's share sheet; what happens to the shared item after that depends on the app or service you choose.
If you use Share App to tell someone about the app itself, only a short promotional message and link are shared — no calculator data is included.
Your app settings, including accent color, default tax rate, display precision, and currency, are also stored only on your device.
Your calculator inputs, saved estimate history, and settings are not transmitted to a server operated by sangsen. The calculator does not require an internet connection to perform calculations.
The app does connect to third-party services for advertising and for font delivery, as described in the Advertising and Fonts sections below. Those connections do not include your calculator inputs or saved estimates.
We do not use our own analytics, crash-reporting, Firebase, or similar data-collection services.
Advertising
The app displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob to support free distribution.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes. This may include device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app usage and interaction data, and diagnostic or performance information.
This information is processed by Google and its advertising partners according to their applicable privacy policies. We do not use your calculator inputs or app settings for advertising.

Your Ad Choices
Where required by applicable law, the app may request your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized advertising is shown.
Depending on your location, consent choice, and applicable advertising settings, you may receive personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
You can revisit your advertising privacy choices using Privacy Options in the app's Settings, where available.
You can review or reset your advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings or the advertising settings available on your Android device.
You can continue to use the calculator even if you do not consent to personalized advertising, where applicable.
Fonts
The app uses the Inter font through Google Fonts. When the font needs to be downloaded, your device may connect to Google's servers, and information such as your device's IP address may be visible to Google as part of that connection.
The font is cached on your device after it is downloaded. If it cannot be downloaded, the app falls back to your device's default font.
Your calculator inputs and saved estimate data are not included in this font request.
Children's Privacy
Gold Bill Calculator is a general-purpose gold calculation and estimation tool and is not directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to use the calculator.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the details below.
Your Rights
Gold Bill Calculator does not maintain user accounts and does not store your calculator inputs, saved estimate history, or settings on our servers.
Because this information remains on your device, you can remove it by deleting individual saved estimates, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app.
Information processed through Google's advertising services is subject to Google's privacy controls and policies. You can manage applicable advertising and privacy settings through the Google services referenced in this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy laws.
Data Retention and Security
We do not operate a server or database that stores your calculator inputs, saved estimate history, or app settings.
Your calculator data and any saved estimate history remain on your device until you delete them individually, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Information processed by Google through its advertising services is subject to Google's security and data-retention practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make a material change, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy.
